Alpha Xi Delta

Iota Xi at Worcester Polytechnic Institute

Welcome to Alpha Xi Delta at Worcester Polytechnic Institute

First off, I want to personally welcome you to the Iota Xi Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta! I hope your visit to our website gives insight to the wonderful women of this chapter, and offers an understanding of our core values sisterhood, service, leadership, and knowledge. At WPI, we strive to be our very best and support each other by being a sister in every sense of the word.

On October 6th, 2007, the Iota Xi Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta began its legacy at WPI. What started off as a group of 56 women with a passion, has now grown into our award winning chapter of 131 women. With the amazing efforts of our alumnae and advisors, our chapter has flourished. Each member is unique in her own way, but together we share the same core values as we help each other grow within the classroom, on the field, in countless clubs and organizations, and within our sisterhood.

Our sisters are proud to be a part of the WPI Greek Community, which is comprised of a group of driven and passionate young men and women. As part of the Panhellenic community, we could not be prouder to stand alongside a group of intelligent and motivated women who work tirelessly to advance their own chapter, the Greek community as a whole, and their alma mater. Each year, the WPI community works together to create a home to the newest students on campus and create a safe environment where each member can flourish and grow.

Our chapter represents the sheer diversity seen on and off the WPI campus. Many of our sisters have the amazing opportunity to partake in our various off-campus sites during our IQP and MQP projects. Both globally and on campus, sisters have been able to work alongside sponsors and companies to make a difference in the world. We have multiple sisters who are leaders in other organizations, such as Student Government Association, Panhellenic Board, Habitat for Humanity, Community Advisors, Residential Advisors, Dance Team, Crimson Key Tour Guides, and so much more. Many of our sisters are members of varsity and club sports on campus. Our achievements demonstrate our dedication to achieve the ideals of personal development, scholarship, friendship, professional growth, and community responsibility.

Please continue to look through our website to see what Alpha Xi Delta can offer to Worcester Polytechnic Institute. This site is just one testament to the countless memories that we have made alongside our sisters and lifelong friends.
