Hello! My name is Jennifer Blindt, and I am the Membership Vice President of the Iota Xi Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta, which means I oversee our member recruitment processes. On behalf of our entire chapter, I am excited to welcome you to Worcester Polytechnic Institute!

      The transition to college life brings forth many emotions, challenges, and opportunities. This process can be exciting, but unfamiliar and difficult as well. Whether you are in the midst of navigating this transition or looking to enhance your college experience, I highly encourage you to join Fraternity and Sorority Life at WPI. Looking back, joining a sorority is something I would've never pictured myself doing, but easily has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

      In Alpha Xi Delta at WPI, I have found my place and gotten more than I ever expected out of joining. I have taken on leadership roles that have helped me grow in life skills such as collaboration, delegation, and confidence. I have also grown as a member in the on campus and Worcester community, becoming involved in several different volunteer organizations that make an impact on so many different groups. Alpha Xi Delta has also given me life long friendships, through people I have met in our chapter and also connections to other Greek organizations and the WPI community as a whole. Our organization values sisterhood, scholarship, leadership, and service, and being able to integrate these values to my day-to-day life and impact others with the effects of Alpha Xi Delta’s initiatives has brought so much purpose to my time at college and my education. Alpha Xi Delta has changed my life for the better in a multitude of ways.
