      Hello! My name is Lena Raduazo, and I am the Membership Vice President of the Iota Xi Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta! On behalf of our whole chapter, I am so excited to welcome you to Worcester Polytechnic Institute!

      Whether you’re still figuring out your place or already looking for ways to make the most of your experience, I really encourage you to check out Fraternity and Sorority Life at WPI. Personally, joining Alpha Xi Delta has easily been one of the best decisions I’ve made in college. Through Alpha Xi Delta, I’ve found such an amazing sense of belonging and have gained so much more than I ever expected. It’s given me opportunities to grow as a leader, build confidence, and develop skills that go way beyond college. I’ve also gotten to be more involved both on campus and in the Worcester community through service and leadership opportunities that genuinely make an impact. But more than anything, Alpha Xi Delta has brought me lifelong friendships and connections that have completely shaped my college experience.

      Our chapter is built on sisterhood, scholarship, leadership, and service, and being surrounded by people who inspire and support me every day has made WPI feel so much more like home. Alpha Xi Delta has truly made my college experience what it is, and I’m so grateful for everything it’s given me.
